about

This is brand-new 4th Album.
Even though it's a sound approach such as post-rock and electronica, what comes to mind is a nostalgic and warm "Japanese Landscapes". Ken Tanaka, an artist from Japan, who used to work in an instrumental band called Hyakkei.
His fourth album, "The Past," based on his first conceptual story, will be released on November 18th.

This work was created based on the story, "A man who noticed his gratitude for a certain reason looks back on his life and repents and goes back to the past." It was a work that further pursued the desire to make music that makes you smile when you listen to it, which is also the motivation for Ken Tanaka's production.
Although it is a simple ensemble centered on guitar and drums, each smooth and soft phrase is deeply engulfed in the heart. And even without words, he realizes that music functions as a "song."
The usual way back, the sky I was looking up at ── It evokes the memories of my childhood when I felt the casual everyday scenery was beautiful.
